Our Candidate Development service is the next step in the recruitment process. We directly contact, recruit and telephone screen individuals on behalf of your company and position. We pass all potential candidates on to you in addition to detailed contact lists and progress reports. We also offer an expanded option of this service (Plus) for those with greater needs.

In that time we have perfected these critical steps in the recruiting process.

The first step in any successful recruiting project is total identification of the appropriate talent. We meet with you to ensure that we have a complete understanding of the critical skills needed to make the maximum impact for your company.

Using our research strategies and internal database, we construct a call list from which to base our candidate development activity We typically will expand upon the initial list as work progresses and we uncover new leads through research or referrals.

** If you already have a list of candidates that you just need someone to contact on your behalf, we can skip step 1.

Now that the initial call list has been constructed and approved, we directly contact all individuals on the list. We focus on both actively recruiting these potential candidates for your position and screening them for qualifications.

You will receive resumes of qualified candidates as soon as we have received them, so that your team can act quickly. We will also provide regular progress reports outlining candidate status.

Our hourly rate for Candidate Development is $100 per hour.
